University sports are organised by the AStA in cooperation with the university. You can use these sports programmes without incurring any additional costs. University sports are partly financed by the university and partly by your semester contribution. The sports courses take place partly in Mönchengladbach and partly in Krefeld, if possible in the immediate vicinity of the respective campus.
We are a member of the adh (General German University Sports Association), which enables us to send you to national and international competitions between universities and colleges and to take part in these competitions. The adH also supports sports enthusiasts and offers workshops and seminars that you can take part in to further your education alongside your studies.
